ISBNY has been honored to assist in the editing, and online
presentation, of the Qur’an. The author shares ISBNY’s staff’s belief that the Qur’an
belongs to everyone on this planet. Therefore, this presentation solicits,
first time in the history, an active participation from, male and female,
scholars around the world to develop a collaborative understanding of the

ISBNY has partnered with a 9000-employee management consulting
firm, to develop and deliver diversity training to various corporations. First
of such training sessions was delivered on December 20, 2001.
ISBNY is negotiations with one of the premiere Muslim
organizations in North America to help them with various initiatives,
including, diversity training and speakers bureau development.
ISBNY has been working with the Muslim Communities in NYC Project
of the Columbia University to integrate information about Islam and Muslims
with conflict resolution techniques to develop a multi-module, multi-lesson
curriculum for high school students. The training is scheduled for delivery in
February of 2002.

ISBNY has been working with Muslims Against Terrorism to train
their speakers to talk about Islam and Muslims in variety of forums.
The Executive Director of ISBNY was one of the keynote speakers at
the IQPC “Diversity
Summit 2001” that was held in Chicago on November 12-14, 2001.
ISBNY is in the process of developing a Web-based “Muslim
Awareness” course.
ISBNY has been working with International YMCA to deliver
presentations about Islam and Muslims to YMCAs around New York.
ISBNY has been working with various media
outfits that work in the diversity arena to educate business leaders about
diversity issues related to Muslims.
ISBNY has been in contact with various
community organizations in New York City to provide sensitivity training to the
employers of the affected citizens that are represented by such organizations.
Citizens Committee of NYC
has recognized ISBNY efforts by approving a monetary grant.
ISBNY presented two sessions of the Muslim
Awareness seminar at Mamaroneck High School’s first every all-day Diversity
Day.
ISBNY presented the Muslim Awareness
seminar as part of the “Going Beyond Hate” series funded by the Tow Foundation.
